Can't seem to access my paid subscription
AnsweredI paid for the upgraded subscription. (I've logged out and logged back in - I've even deleted the app, re-loaded it and logged back in). When I go to use one of the features I get a notification that says - Only available with a subscription upgrade. So I click on that, then it come back with - You already have a Pro subscription and it expires in March 2020.
OK, so I go back in - same problem. Shouldn't be that hard. I have clicked and tired every option I can find. HELP!

I'm sorry you are having trouble accessing your membership - it looks like you may need to restore your purchase in the app.
Open the app> Settings> Account & Subscription> Restore Purchase.

I am having the same issue. I paid for a year of premium, it's showing in my account, but none of the paid features are available to me. Both in web and app.
I have tried what you advised above, but to no avail. Can you assist me? Thank you!0 -
@YoshiYahu Will you verify you're logged in with your Gaia GPS account?
- Open Gaia GPS > Settings > your email will be listed under "Account".
- If not, tap the Account >Log In> Have an account? Sign in.

I am having the exact same issue. I bought new premium subscription from apple a month ago ( have receipt from Apple which I have sent to Customer Service). It has not shown up on my account. I have signed in, hit Restore Purchase (did the same when I got the prompt while attempting to download a new map). I have been a customer for over 5 years and have over 90GB of stored maps. I purchased the premium membership and it does not work. I contacted support@gaiagps and no response. Notta' . Please activate my account or provide a refund. This is extraordinarily frustrating.

Same trouble. Hit restore subscription. No avail. I'll give it to Wednesday. No luck after that I want my refund
