Can't load more than two offline layers without app crashing
I purchased the Gaia GPS app in general, and the premium version specifically, to be able to view several layers offline in the field. However, the max I can load without the app crashing ("Gaia GPS isn't responding") is one to maybe two layers that I can open from saved maps, any more and it locks up and need to shut it down. I have sent in lots of error logs but haven't heard back.
I know it will lock when I click on the saved map and instead of seeing a map in the preview window, I just see a red square with no maps.
I am running the Android version on a Pixel 2 and have more than enough memory available. I have several friends that download the same four layers (typically a topo, satellite, slope-angle shading, and shaded relief layer) and view offline without problems.
It seems only related to the number of layers and not the file size, but I wonder if it is related to a size issue. Any thoughts?

I'm sorry you are having trouble downloading layered maps. It looks like the logs you tried to send us did not come through.
