Paid for Premium but no access

I have paid for the Premium membership, but I cannot access the premium layers online. When I click on the fat asterisk, it takes me to the page to pay for premium. It also says that I have No Subscription on my Samsung Note 8.

What is the issue?

  I'm sorry you are having trouble accessing your subscription. Can you double check you are logged into the website and app using your email address?
  
  In the app: Tap Settings> Account & Subscription> Account> Log In
  
  If this does not help, please click Submit Request above to contact support and we can help you access your membership.
