spinning last sync button

On my Last Sync tab the 'in progress' icon is spinning and has been for about 12  hours. I have deleted all the latest maps I have been trying to download. Didn't help. Turned my phone off and didn't help. What is going on?

  I'm sorry you are having trouble syncing your account. I see Chris is troubleshooting this issue with you via email. I will send him an update with your post.
