Waypoint coordinates

I am attempting to place a very specific waypoint using coordinates cited in several publications. The GAIA waypoint is nowhere near where it should be according to Google Maps, Google Earth Pro, and the several publications I am relying on. Why is it so far off?

  I'm sorry you the app is displaying an incorrect location for the coordinates you are using.
