Premium cancellation
I have not been able to sync for over a week between my iPad and GaiaGPS.com. Erik told me a bug has been discovered and Gaia is attempting to fix it. Until that happens I am not comfortable renewing my Premium membership when it expires February 4th. I just cancelled that renewal on-line but a problem with Gaia’s website prevented me from explaining why (the “survey” page only showed the first question and did NOT have a submit button). Thus this post. I will happily consider renewing after the sync issue is resolved.

I haven't been able to print my maps with a Premium Membership that I just purchased or sync devices. I am beginning to wonder if this is really worth the $35.00...How do I cancel membership?

I'm sorry for there is an issue with backing up and syncing your account. It looks like Ashli and Erik have followed up with you about this issue.
I looked into the issue related to giving feedback after canceling your subscription and it looks like the 'Done' button is further down on the survey and may require scrolling down a ways depending on the platform you are using. Sorry about that!

I'm sorry you were having trouble printing and syncing. It looks like Erik followed up with you on this issue and it was due to the older version of Internet Explorer you were using.0
