Lost features with transfer to new phone
I have an older version membership of Gaia which allowed me to use different layers and download maps. I recently had to change android phones and I performed the app and data transfer process. Something got lost in the translation because it (Gaia) now reports that I have a "free" subscription and can only access Gaia topo and cannot download.
In trying to get help with this issue I find that Gaia now appears to provide ZERO user support as evidenced by the lack of any "support" option and the glaring absence of any "contact us" link to be found anywhere on their' website. This practice is becoming more and more prevalent with commercial applications and makes me really angry. They want our money but then won't stand behind their product with customer support. It is left to the customers to fend for and among themselves.
I did find one item in the faqs database that purported to address my situation. It was about "Add or Restore a Membership". I followed the instructions but they failed to display as described and failed to restore my usage rights.
Failing that I am trying this last resort - asking fellow users to help me correct this problem. I would appreciate any suggestions as how to restore my account to its proper functioning. I do see that there are two members of the Gaia "team" listed as customer support specialists. Not sure what they do insofar as there seems to be no way to reach them. If you know of how to get through the wall they have erected between themselves and their' customers I would appreciate that information as well.
Thanks for any help.

You can email support@gaiagps.com, or android@gaiagps.com, both have worked well for me in the past. They have excellent support for me in the past.
