Best format to save trace out of Gaia

Good evening!  My Gaia map begin to be a bit full.  I would like to save my trace/waypoints in a file, on my computer.  Which of GPS or KML is the best or is there an other way?

  Thanks for posting. 

  I recommend using the GPX format for archiving your data outside of Gaia GPS.
