Paid but not a member?!

Paid for 1yr subscription dec 17th. As of Jan 6th it shows in have no subscription. Do y'all rip everyone off or just me?

  I’d try logging out then back in and/or insure your logging in with the ID you used when you paid.

  And that's supposed to fix my problem with my subscription being cut off? Nope. It didn't help what so ever. Thanks though

  I'm sorry there was an issue with your membership activating in the app and it looks like my coworker Robyn has also followed up to your emails.
  
  For future reference, you can restore your membership through the Google Play Store by following these steps in the app:

  • Restore Membership or Add Your Membership to Another Device
