Phone number for Gaia?
Anyone have a phone number for Gaia? I made a complaint and sent in my logs about how the maps and app on my android was messed up and they ended up emailing me to inform me they are cancelling and refinding my membership rather than help me figure out what's wrong. Anyhow, I finally got all my maps downloaded again for the third or fourth time, now I'm worried they 're going to be deleted and I'll have to start all over yet again.
I need to make sure this doesn't happen...

Phone support is available with a Premium Membership and you can call support directly from the app by:- open Gaia GPS > Settings > Help > Call Gaia GPS
Once you have saved an offline map to your account, it will stay in your account even if your membership is not renewed.-1 -
this is apparently no longer the case. I am a premium member and a call-in link is nowhere to be found in the place you are describing.

I'm not sure if you are in the application on a mobile device or on Gaiagps.com (the web version). I have the application installed on my iPhone and iPad and the contact to call Gaiagps support shows up on both as explained by Nathan above. I've called several times with good success, but frankly the email responses are sometimes even quicker!

Oh yeah. I am using the app. But I canceled a premium membership a few months ago due to issues with the app. And then decided to buy a new premium membership. So maybe the system is not recognizing me. I appreciate you answering me. I want to contact you with more information about the app itself and its level of accuracy and usability. If that’s OK with you. Thanks for your help.

If you choose "settings" one of the sections that appears is "Account" try choosing that. On mine it shows my membership as premium and displays the days remaining. If yours shows premium as well then something else is wrong.
It seems to me that Gaia bases everything off the email address used for subscription, so there could be some confusion if your second membership used a different email address. You could try emailing support directly (from the email address of the most recent premium subscription and see if they can help with the apparent lack of ability to contact by phone. I think the support crew finds it easier to deal with individual cases via email rather than this venue.
Contacting me would be fine, but I don't know if there is a messaging function here or not?
