Which app is current

I have two Gaia GPS apps on my iPhone, one icon has a yellow border and it is v1.6.4 the other is v10.9.16. Between the two plus this web site there are a myriad choice of prices. Somehow I am free until July 31, 2019. Which app is current?

  I had the same experience after I downloaded the latest app (yellow border). Don't really understand the membership process.
