HELP!! accidental delete

WARNING!!! BE careful what you click.

I was trying to organize my data on website. Lost all my personal data..Heartbroken. 4 years 100's of mile worth of personal tracks GONE in one fail swoop..  .. Gone because of a slip in judgment. To much coffee. Not paying close enough attention. 

I separate my personal tracks from my uploaded tracks so i can compare my personal data to others, and personal growth tracking, and memories... Meant to delete an empty folder. Accidentally deleted the parent folder.. WITH EVERY ONE OF MY PERSONAL TRACKS in it..

I'm beside myself right now..

Pretty sure its permanent. ANY ideas ANY help would be appreciated
