Starting a new hike without having the previous trail on the main map

I logged in a hike and saved it. However ever time I go to the main map at home it brings up the old hike with all the markings.
How do I start a "fresh" map?

You could hide tool - see red circled - to hide the selected track. Then start a new track recording.0 -
That seems like a lame solution. What if I want to rerun the old track?

Hi everyone,
Like @ggps4sx mentioned, the green eye icon is a great way to hide individual tracks. You can also hide all of your tracks and routes at once and view a fresh map by toggling off the Tracks overlay:- Tap the Layers icon> Scroll down and toggle off 'Tracks'
