the product looks immature. No contact information, no help. Do you have any support person to chat? call? email?

You can contact support directly by clicking “Submit a Request” above. It is also possible to contact support directly through the app:
- open Gaia GPS > Settings > Help

Phone support is available with a Premium Membership.
