GAIA Downloads to Shapefile
I use Gaia quite often in the field in my line of work for various tasks. I was able to find an article that describes taking a KML or similar file, converting it to a shapefile, and uploading it to my Premium account. That's all fine and dandy but can I go the other way. For example, I would like to be able to download the Public Property (state and federal lands) map from Gaia, convert to a shape file and import into my GIS program (e.g. ArcGIS Pro or Autocad Map). Is this possible? Thanks.

The maps in Gaia GPS cannot be exported and can only be accessed via the web or the app. Although, some available map sources are available publicly.
The Public Land overlay is based on the USGS National Gap Analysis project and you can download a shapefile for your state here: https://gapanalysis.usgs.gov/padus/data/download/0
