Password reset
I'm trying to login to pay for the premium service. I don't remember my password and when I go to the re-set password screen, it doesn't work. I entered my email and try to push the reset button and it doesn't do anything.
I've tried to pay on my work computer, but it goes right to my work email, and I don't want to use that email and there is no way to change the email in the pay now screen that automatically populated it with my work email.

Plus there is no where on your website to contact an actually person. A phone number would be great!

Running into this problem now. Just changed my pw and it will not take on a newish Ipad. Loads on the Surface Pro but will not take on the ipad for the program. Is it just a matter of letting the GIA GPS master computer register the new password or is there another trick involved?
