purchased GAIA , now annual subscription?

Hello, 

 

I purchased GAIA for 40 bucks, and on my last backpacking trip I opened it to find that it was asking for 20 dollars a year for use. Had a paper map, but was bummed i couldnt use it. Is there not a grandfather clause for people who spent 40 dollars for the initial app?

  Yes, your account should have received 2 free years of Gaia GPS Membership in the new app. Sorry about that.
