Subscription not showing up on devices
I signed up through the website because it was a little bit cheaper (although I see the price is the same for either now and cheaper than when I signed up a few weeks ago :/) but when I log into my account from either my android phone or ipad it says I have no subscription and trying the restore purchase button does nothing. What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks.

Hi there,
I'm sorry you had trouble with your Membership.
Logging into your account from the app (Settings > Account) should be all that is necessary to use your Membership.
Can you verify that you are logged into the app with the same account you used to purchase your Membership?
