Using Gaia on Both IOS and Android
I currently run Gaia on my iPhone, but was considering buying an Android tablet so i can view maps on a bigger screen. If i purchase the Android device, can i download Gaia from the Google Play Store, log in with my current subscription (currently have 5 year membership) and use the Android tablet to view all of my created maps, waypoints and routes?

Yes, you can download the Android version of Gaia GPS for free here.
Once installed, log into the app with the email tied to your Gaia GPS account to access your membership.0 -
I hope it's ok to add to this question, if I should be starting a new one please let me know. I have been using the app on my iphone and it works well for offline navigation when hiking and offroading. I just realized that I could install Gaia GPS on an older android tablet (per this post) and it seems to work loading the waypoints I've created. One limitation though seems to be that I cannot download any maps on the android tablet.
With my iphone and android tablet using the same account, should I be able to save offline maps on the android tablet? Or would I be required to set up two separate accounts to use it this way? If one can share waypoints and routes between these two devices as described in the original post, but the tablet doesn't have any maps on it to display, I'm not sure how useful that'd be.

@ignatius
I'm sorry you are having trouble accessing maps on your Android - you should be able to save maps using one account.
It looks like you are currently using the classic version of the app on your phone. Since you purchased the app in the past, when you logged into the updated app, your account should have automatically been upgraded to have a lifetime Legacy Membership. I'm sorry that did not happen.
I added a Legacy Membership to your account so you will be able to use the updated app on all of your devices and access all the same maps and features you and before.1 -
@Robyn That's great, thank you very much! Seems to be working well now, although I might need to get a new tablet since the old one I have is painfully slow to use. I think it's the tablet and not the app! Thanks again.
