Can't logon into computer account with email/password established on phone

I created an account on my Samsung phone but when I try to access that account at gaiagps.com it's unable to recognize my email/password.  Does anyone know how I can address this?  Thanks!

  I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing your account on gaiagps.com. I'm not seeing anything unusual on my end, so I'd suggest first trying to reset your password. You can do that by entering your email address here: https://www.gaiagps.com/user/password/reset/?next=/
