Membership Question

I thought I had purchased the app several years ago before the new membership options started.  I though I would get a free standard membership since I bought the app before all this.  But this appears on my account page:  

Gaia GPS Free Usage Period

Member Subscription trial from gaiagps.com

• Ends: May 22, 2019

  Hey there,

  Please send an email to support@gaiagps.om, and we'll set you up with a "Lifetime Legacy Membership." 

  Here's what happened:

  1) When we launched the new app last May, for iOS, we had given people who bought the old Gaia GPS app a free 2 years with the new app. This included access to additional map sources, such as MapBox Satellite and MapBox Outdoors, which had previously been part of the "GaiaPro" subscription add-on in the new app.

  2) But when we launched the new Android app in December, instead we gave Android users a Lifetime Legacy Membership, which didn't include access to those expanded map sources. So Android users got a different deal than iOS users.

  3) Now, we're also getting ready to offer old iOS users the same deal, where they can get a Lifetime Legacy Membership without access to the new map sources (instead of the 2-year deal). This is pending an update we need to ship to the new iOS app to support this third Membership type. That should go out in a few weeks, but we can set you up if you email support in the meantime.
