Folders disappeared
I have been using GAIA for years on a daily basis.
I have probably 2000 waypoints in my saved files. This morning none of my folders are there and all of my listings in those folders is there but many of them are duplicates. This is a train wreck. It is that way on my Mac as well as in my tablets and on my iPhone. This is a disaster beyond disasters for me. Years of stuff gone that I use every day. Where do I even start to find help with straightening this mess out?

I hear you... same thing happened to me... I have hundreds of tracks, routes, and waypoints... I had everything in a neat filing hierarchy, but now when I go into my folders area, it does look like a "train wreck" as you described. I'm hoping to go in there and find it all back to how it should be... but I'm starting to lose hope.

I finally have most of mine straightened out. I still never got any response from anybody as far as Tech Support. I have too much involved to just walk away to something else. It has been a long hard go for me. I don't think I lost any of my pins but I know that there were many duplicates and some as many as four times. I still have a ways to go to get rid of them all but now they are all in folders again anyway.
I have had syncing issues ever since I had to sign in with Outside. Right now it appears to be working as normal but I still have stuff that is duplicated I have to delete.

I am finding all kinds of inconsistencies, things missing, things duplicated. Too numerous and complicated to describe. I will not be putting any more time in to creating anything in this app. For the price, it should work perfectly, but it behaves like beta software.

Me too. Just saved a long trip in a folder. The folder is not listed anywhere. This is only online subscription I have. I don't really want to pay for extra work. I don't trust this. After reading the above I will Download all my tracks now. I don't really want to pay for extra work. Can this be fixed? please respond
