502 Bad Gateway Error on custom layer

Hi,

I've got a custom layer added to Gaia with hi-res aerial photos that are hosted by my state mapping agency.  I noticed this weekend that it stopped drawing.  I'm seeing in dev tools that each map refresh has a bunch of 502 bad gateway errors to URLs like this:

I checked with the state agency and the aerials are working normally at their own web service end point:

https://imagery.oregonexplorer.info/arcgis/rest/services/OSIP_2022/OSIP_2022_WM/ImageServer?f=jsapi

I believe I've put in a support ticket... that damn AI bot makes it difficult to tell if it went it.  Would appreciate someone checking the proxy infrastructure on the Gaia side.
