Pennsylvania PEMA map tiles have stopped working

I added this as a custom tile set three years ago.

It has just recently stopped working. I didn't change anything.

  I'm seeing problems also with my state's aerial photos.  Do you see 502 Bad Gateway errors when the map redraws in Chrome's developer tools?  Pretty sure this is a Gaia issue.  I really wish they didn't proxy custom layers...
