Do custom drawn area overlays require cell signal to be seen.
I made area overlays for alot of memphis neighborhoods but they seen to disappear if I don't have cell signal.
Is network connection required? Can I download them to my IOS device

I have also created a custom area overlay, and it shows whether or not I have a cell signal. I did make sure to download a map to my phone that included that overlay.
