Issues with High-Quality Offline Map Downloads

I’m experiencing issues with downloading high-quality maps for offline use. I select the desired map area and ensure that I choose "High" for the quality/resolution. I also confirm that the download is complete (the map isn't greyed out, and there’s no option to "Resume Download").

However, when I test the offline map by switching my phone to airplane mode, I notice a significant lack of detail when I zoom in. As soon as I disable airplane mode, the details immediately appear on the map. This issue renders the offline maps unusable for me, which is a recurring problem I’ve faced with Gaia in critical situations.

Is there a specific setting I need to adjust to ensure that I can download and access very high-quality maps offline?
