Unable to log into iOS app; logging into gaiagps.com without issue

    If it were me, I would install and then reinstall the app which should clear the app data. The only risk is if you had logged some data on the iOS that was not synced to the cloud first. If that could be the case, you could just give it more time to “reset.”

    I can log in online (giagps.com) but can't on my iPhone! This is completely new. I used the app while hunting all day today, and now suddenly I have to sign in!? And even though my email and password are correct, it says one is wrong. I deleted the app and downloaded and installed it again. Nothing changed. Went on outsideonline.com and I seem to have already been registered there. Tried changing my password. Still nothing. I am NOT HAPPY!!!! Right in the middle of elk hunting and can't use a vital mapping tool in the field. @#$%^&*@#$%^&*#$%^&*()!!!!!!!!!!

    Exact same problem Dale. I reached out to customer support who offered some suggestions; none of which worked. They suggested I shut off Apple Relay, but I don't have Apple Relay since I don't have an iCloud +subscription (I have straight up iCloud, no subscription). They suggested I make sure I'm using Safari w/JavaScript enabled and History and Website cleared. Done, but nothing changed. Deleted the program and re-installed and nothing changed. I even opened a new free account and have the same issues: I can log in on my laptop, but when I try on the mobile app it just keeps returning to the sign in page.

    I discovered that I had changed my Gaia password to comply with longer password requirements, but I neglected to write it down. Fortunately my browser saved it and automatically logged me in on my laptop and desktop. Long story short, your gaia and outside passwords must be the same. For a while I could log into outsideonline.com with the shorter password that I thought was mine, while I logged into gaiagps.com automatically on my computers using the saved password. When I logged out of gaiagps.com on my laptop and then tried to manually log in using my old password, it didn't work, which sent me looking on the laptop for the saved password...low and behold it was one I didn't even remember creating. Once I used that saved password on my iPhone it opened the gaia app and I could finally use my maps!! I hope this makes sense and helps someone who has a similar issue.

    Several weeks ago, my iPad wanted me to log in, wouldn’t take the same password I use on my Mac. Getting ready, for a trip, same issue. I uninstalled, reinstalled, same thing. Same thing happens on my iPhone. I did reset my password on my Mac, and on iOS, still won’t work with new password. Plus, if I click “Forgot Password,” from iOS, to reset it there, no email ever shows up (it’s not in my junk folder). Obviously Gaia for iOS is broke! Anyone at Gaia care?
