Agree; the issue has been getting worse throughout the years; I just submitted a ticket requesting assistance; curious as to what they will respond with if the even do

I am having similar issues with gaia.com: painfully slow responses or no responses at all, hang-ups, data not actually being saved when I believed it was, etc. I'm using gaia.com on my Windows 10 computers. Thankfully, I don't seem to have any annoying issues when using the Gaia app on my Andriod devices. It's just the Gaia Web server that I'm having problems with. I use gaia.com for trip planning. I've been using Gaia going on 5 years now. I agree with a previous comment; gaia.com performance appears to be getting worse. I really don't feel like moving to another platform. I also use onX Offroad, but the Gaia maps (except for the satellite maps) are superior in my experience.

I am a large user in a club where we have dozens of guys plotting routes around the world monthly. Gaia is glitching out on the website and is unusable. This is unacceptable for a paid subscription. I leave for India in a week and have not been able to plot my routes for the past three weeks. Glitches like I plot a route and then when I click on that route to auto generates a line to the middle of Africa making that route unusable.

This is a huge problem and seems to be only on the website. Developers take notice, you are not doing your job! I see tons of errors in the developer tools. Fix your shit!

Still crashing January 2025. They doubled fees, halved the product support. Time to find something else.

Our club of over 200 active users are looking for new software. If anyone knows or can recommend a replacement for Gaia we are ready to move. Gaia is almost unusable at this point on PC.

Looks like OnX off Road will do the replacement trick for my North and South American needs anyway. Not one software is everything to everyone, but as Maps.me versus Organic Maps showed if you have buggy sw and shitty support, you will end up in a ditch.

September 2025 and crashing more than ever.  Time to move on.  Since Gaia was purchased by Outdoor with their “inclusive” dei nonsense instead of just hiring who can do the job correctly, the quality continues to decline.  Gaia has turned to pure garbage.
