Won't sync
I have an iPhone 7+ and it won't sync with my MacPro. I press Last Sync and all it does is pop up a request to use Facebook (I also want to get rid of this pop up). I've tried accepting and canceling the pop up to no effect. I've done the restore purchases also to no effect.

Hi Tom,
Sorry for the trouble. We have had reports that the Gaia GPS and Facebook apps are having issues authenticating with each other.
This manifests as a pop up asking you to login using Facebook that reappears frequently.
We're working on a fix for this that should be available in the next update. But it's still in the works, so in the meantime, the best way to stop this popup is to reinstall the app.
Deleting and reinstalling the app will wipe all saved data from your device and then (upon reinstall) restore it from the Gaia Cloud. Because of the nature of this issue, we need to take a few extra steps to make sure none of your data is lost.
Please follow these steps to delete and reinstall the app and conserve any recently created data:1. Log in to the website at www.gaiagps.com. Click on the drop-down menu to the right of your profile name in the top right corner
2. From this menu, you can choose, Routes, Tracks, Waypoints, etc. Click each type of data and compare it with what's saved on your device.
3. If all your data is listed here, jump to step 8.
4. If it isn't, we'll need to export it from your device.
- Here's how: Export Data as GPX or KML from the iOS app
- If you have a lot, add it all to a folder, then export that.
5. Import the folder to the website
6. All your data should now be showing on the web. If not, please reach out and we're happy to help.
7. Delete the app from your device
8. Reinstall the app from the AppStore here.
9. Log into the app and your data will begin syncing from the Gaia Cloud automatically.
