Printing maps

In recent efforts to print maps from the website, I only get greatly enlarged portions of the maps and cannot locate any settings on either GAIA or my printer settings to correct this.  Until recently the maps printed exactly as I formatted them within the print borders.

Help!

  Could you show me a screenshot of what you mean, and let me know what browser you're using?

  I just got on the website for the first time to print a map and have the same problem.  There is a red dotted line rectangle that looks as if it surrounds where you want the map to print.  When you print or preview it, it is in an entirely different place and doesn't show any of your tracks, etc.

  Hi again,

  I think this is an issue when trying to print using Safari as your browser. Could you try a different browser and let me know if it works as expected?

  I am having the same problem as Gena.  I am using Microsoft Edge. Also tried using IE11. A little better but still could not define the area I wanted to print.

  Can you click 'Submit a Request' above to contact the support team, and attach a screenshot of the Print page on gaiagps.com and a copy of the final product so we a take a closer look?
