Downloaded maps cut in half

I've downloaded several maps of the west in aerial, roadmap and shaded relief.  Right down the middle of Arizona and Utah anything to the west of Phoenix... the maps don't display, just the grid.  I selected and downloaded both states, the complete states, and nothing to the west of Phoenix running north and south.

I've had a lot of problems with this App.  A LOT of problems.  Maybe it is my older device...I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite running 4.4.4 kitkat.  I've been downloading 12gb of map coverage for a week now, and am halfway through.  I really don't want to start this whole process again, it takes forever.

  I'm sorry you're having trouble with your map downloads.

  Can you send a bug report to support by clicking 'Submit a Request' above? Someone can take a closer look at your downloads and see what the issue might be.
