is there any way to talk to a person?

I have some very basic questions about this application, but there does not seem to be any easy way to get basic answers. I have looked around on the site but cannot fnd any contact information.

Is there a live person I can talk to? How do I contact them?

My very basic question is: have you taken over National Geographic Topo! and is there any support for Magellan Triton 400 GPS?

  We have not taken over Topo! maps. That software is defunct now, though NatGeo now redirects topo.com to our site because we're partners.
