Exporting to Garmin Express

Has anybody been able to export files to Garmin Express? That used to be possible but now (for the last couple of years) I get an error. I export the Gaia file as a .gpx which is a supported format by Garmin. Garmin support was not able to help.

  What's the error? I emailed Garmin support once because of the error on their site and they weren't able to help me either. I think it turned out that the track had more points in it than their uploader could handle. I used a program called Adze to simplify the track and uploaded again and it worked.

  How do we export or download fro Gaia to Garmin Etrex 20 a route?

  I use a program called GPS Babel to convert the Gaia format to .gpx.

  To get the GPX file simply once you have created the route double click on the route once saved in routes. There is a tab in the top left of map named "data". Download as a GPX file the click and drag into Gamin base camp. update GPS.
