In October 2016, I paid $19.99 for what appeared to be a one time purchase of GAIA GPS.  Recent posts and information indicate a new pricing schedule.  So my question is, what plan did I get for the $19.99?  Will there be additional costs?

  You can continue using Gaia GPS Classic, the app you bought, for as long as you like with no annual fee or subscription. I am sorry that was confusing.
  
  We released a new app that does require a subscription. You also get a free two-year subscription to that app you can use if you like. These are separate apps, the new app will not replace your current app on your phone.
