How do I turn OFF auto-renew?

  Hi Terry,

  Subscriptions via the App Store can be cancelled by following these steps: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039

  When you cancel an App Store subscription, it will still continue to run until the end of the payment period.

  The question was not how do I cancel my subscription. 

  The question was: how do I [turn-off auto-renew]?

  Hi Terry,

  Sorry that was confusing. That is also how you turn off auto-renew. Once you 'cancel' the subscription, it will continue to run until the end of the payment period, effectively turning off auto-renew.

  I did that you recommended and still just got an email saying that Gaia will renew my subscription, even though I cancelled it. Could you comment please?

  That should not have happened. Please send an email to support@gaiagps.com with your Gaia GPS email address or username and we can take a look at what happened and refund your membership.
