Cross hair mode no longer working

The “Center on location” mode no longer works and the compass window is no longer displayed. IOS 11 on an iPhone 6+

  Hi,

  Below are some troubleshooting steps. If you still have trouble after following these steps, please send logs to support by going in the app to Menu > Settings > Send Logs.

  1. Please make sure you have the latest iOS 11 update as well as the latest update for Gaia GPS.

  2. Check your location settings for Gaia GPS to make sure they are turned on.

  3. Make sure you are outdoors so that you can get a GPS signal.

  4. Also, it looks like you have Gaia GPS Classic. In this version, you can open the compass by tapping the blue arrow on the left of the screen.
