Arizona (US) Hunting Map not displaying

I keep trying to display the Arizona Game Management Unit maps on both my phone (iPhone) and the website, however it doesn't return an actual map. Similar maps in adjacent states seem to work just fine - is there a trick to getting this to work or is the Arizona map having issues?

  There is a bug preventing the AZ hunting maps from displaying, sorry about that.

  I have created a bug report for this and submitted it to the Development Team.

  I notice under the "hunting" maps, Arizona is not listed. Has this bug been resolved, and what level of Gaia membership includes the ability to view Arizona Game Management Units?

  I have premium and AZ Game Management is listed. Adding it to the top of layered maps it displays black boundaries with identifiers such as 33, 37A, 37B etc.
