Add to Start of Track / Lengthen Track

Ashli, you have the ability to crop the start or end of a track:  https://help.gaiagps.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003525627-Crop-the-Start-or-Finish-of-A-Track

In addition to forgetting to turn a track off at the end, I sometimes also forget to turn on recording at the trailhead and turn it on after having gone a half mile or more. Is there any way to extend a track back to the trailhead?

MapMyRun / MapMyHike allow you to do this on the web page in your browser. It would be SUPER if GaiaGPS allowed you to Add or Crop on the phone AND on the web page on the computer (where it is a LOT easier to make edits).

  Yes. It is something I use all the time in Map My Run.

  On iOS 11.1.2 on iPhone X, I've lost ability to save a track crop, as the scissors icon is not visible when in crop mode. iPhone X screen size issue?

   

  Also, crop functionality via a web browser would be great.

  @chopchopturtleboy - it is an iPhone x display issue - we're releasing an update sometime within the next week to fix that.
