What happened to my online data?
I have used GaiaGPS for more than a year and accumulated lots of tracks, routes and waypoints. Recently I had to replace my phone and everything loaded just fine. But now I find that my online account has nothing at all! What happened to all the synced data? I used it less than a month ago to restore my phone and now it's missing.
Also, on a recent hike I took several photos along the way and now I can't find them on the phone. Where are they supposed to be (Android)?

Hi David,
I took a look and saw many tracks in your online account -- are you using the same login information as before?
If you have trouble with that, let me know and I will submit a support request on your behalf.
For your photos -- if you took them in the app while recording a track, they will appear under Gaia GPS > Menu > Tracks > Your Track.
If you took them in the app while not recording a track, you'll find them in your saved waypoints list instead.

After I posted the comment I forced my phone to sync and it appears that the phone data did indeed go to my online account. I was then able to find the photos and tracks online. But I could not find the photos in the app until that happened. Really a bit weird though the issue has subsided, at least for now.
